Using the sanitized measuring cup, place 4 cups of water into a clean 3-quart pot, then SLOWLY sprinkle in Booster™ while continually stirring to avoid clumping.

Once the Booster™ is fully dissolved, bring to a boil, then remove from heat. Stir HME (beer mix) into mixture of water and Booster™ (this mixture is called the wort).


Not all styles are appropriate for Booster™ which can thin the body and dry the flavor profile.

Please check with our Brewmaster to make sure your beer using booster will still meet the flavor and alcohol tolerance for the yeast you are using.
